EMINSANG Group National Planned Community Housing Program is an initiative developed by EMINSANG Group Limited, Its affiliates and its international partners. The program seek to partner Governments of Developing countries to foster a new housing development commitments to alleviate the worsening housing deficits, redesign and develop congested shanty towns for societal benefit and improve standard of living by providing direct jobs to the citizens through the construction of low houses, social amenities and services to Governments, Municipalities, organizations and Federations for socio- economic growth.
The project consist of contractually designing and building more than Ten to Twenty Planned Communities with each of these communities having more than 1,000 units houses per Community with a total of 10,000 to 20,000 units to be constructed in Phases.

Building Strategic Partnerships
Eminsang Group has strategically developed international partnerships and formed a Joint Venture cooperation with China Railway 20 Bureau Corporation, a state owned Company in China, TGS Aquat Hong Kong Limited, (HK) ACA Financial Group & Trinitum Group Int, (Costa Rica) TMS international (USA) and Green Capital (UK) to bring into fruition its vision of providing affordable housing solutions in partnership with the Ministry of Works and Housing.
Keeping in view the enormity of the task and challenges involved in building low-cost medium-cost housing units that are affordable for the underprivileged, it is essential to work on multiple approaches and to evolve several financial models, encompassing collaboration with domestic and international builders , investors and entrepreneurs as well as international and multi-national organizations and business entities.
To meet the challenges impinging on the Ghana housing Program under the Ministry of Works and Housing which has formed Cooperation with us, a number of regulatory requirements would be adjusted. Furthermore, necessary incentives would be created for the builders and developers, both domestic and foreign.
